A winner of the European Coach of the Year award and one of the highest performing coaches in an international coaching firm for the last four years, international speaker and presenter, Ian works with business owners helping them to grow their business sales and profits.
Having built and owned his own business in the past Ian is acutely aware of the challenges that business owners face. We work on the challenges of Time, Team and Money. These pressures are all too familiar to Ian, who says “I truly wish that I had had the good fortune to hire a business coach ten years ago”
Ian’s practical experience is vast with his career taking him the length and breadth of the UK, working with businesses from 2 to 200 team members, developing Sales Teams and Marketing Strategies in retail, wholesale, and the service industry. He has worked with start ups, turnarounds and acquisitions, and always at the coal face of the business, 100% profit responsible, making the money and building the teams.
We like to deal with business owners, senior managers and directors who know they can achieve more than they are currently. As well as coaching for business owners we also deliver executive coaching for senior managers and directors in larger organisations.
As well as one to one coaching we also deliver training in Sales, Marketing, Planning, Customer Service, Team Building and Leadership for you and your team
