We at The Letting Group appreciate that your property investment is extremely valuable to you. Our Premiere package is specifically designed to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and responsibilities and to give you the peace of mind that your investment is being professionally managed.
The difference with The Letting Group is that whilst most letting agents would advise Landlords to seek legal advice prior to letting out a property, The Letting Group is qualified to actually give that advice and will immediately act upon it, if instructed to do so. Also, as Solicitors you can be safe in the knowledge that should any situation arise that may require further legal advice that advice will be on hand immediately, and usually at no extra cost to you.
At The Letting Group we have tailored our services to provide total peace of mind to Landlords. The greatest concern for any Landlord is that the Tenant may refuse to leave the property after the appropriate notices have been served. Landlords whose properties are managed by The Letting Group are safe in the knowledge that in the unfortunate event of possession proceedings becoming necessary to remove the Tenant they will never have to worry about paying a large Solicitor's bill, since this service is included within the Premiere package at no extra cost.
